This Refund Policy explains how GrowthNest, LLC handles cancellations and refund requests for our services.
Fees paid for ongoing services are billed in advance and are generally non-refundable once work has begun for that billing period.
You may cancel future services at any time by notifying us before the start of the next billing cycle. Cancellation will stop future charges but does not entitle you to a refund for the current period already in progress.
Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis if GrowthNest, LLC fails to deliver the agreed services. Requests should be sent to us in writing for review.
